Written permission is required to use photographs, images and materials developed by Logical Images, Inc. Requests are reviewed and granted on a case-by-case basis. A fee may be involved.

In order to process your request, we will need the following information:

• Full name
• Title
• Organization
• Address
• Phone
• Fax
• Email address
• Sample or detailed description of each requested item
• Description of intended use (print, web, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Description and size of intended audience
• Duration/frequency of use
