Richard S. Cohan
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of Logical Images, Mr. Cohan's focus will be on taking the company to the next level. With over 20 years of experience in health care IT, his guidance will be key in the expansion and growth of Logical Images.
Mr. Cohan most recently acted as president and CEO of ENABLE Corporation, a developer of Web-based supply chain solutions that served companies such as Best Buy, Verizon, and Abbott Laboratories in conducting trade with their domestic and international suppliers. He previously served as Senior Vice President of CareInsite, an e-health company, from its successful IPO in 1999 through its merger with WebMD in 2000. Prior to CareInsite, he held several executive positions over an 18-year career at NDCHealth, a leading provider of health information technology solutions now part of McKesson Corporation.
Graduating from Syracuse University with an AB degree, Mr. Cohan went on to receive his MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.

Art Papier, MD
Chief Scientific Officer
Dr. Papier is the founder of the Company and coordinates product research and design. He is an Associate Professor in Dermatology and Medical Informatics at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and an Affiliate, Healthy Skin Consortia, Center for Future Health, University of Rochester.
A dermatology and medical informatics expert, the research of Dr. Papier focuses on the development and study of real-time reference systems for physicians and consumers concentrating on visually rich knowledge areas. He recently was awarded a $2 million grant from the NIH to create a standardized lexicon for the field of dermatology. The goal of the project is to create and codify a comprehensive dermatology terminology set that will facilitate improved clinical and research communication and the future development of computer-based information tools.
A graduate of Wesleyan University, Dr. Papier completed his premed studies at Columbia University, received his MD from the University of Vermont College of Medicine, and completed his graduate medical training at the Berkshire Medical Center and the University of Rochester Medical Center. |

Stephen A. Cutrona, MBA
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Mr. Cutrona is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive commercialization program for current Logical Images' products and preparing for future product launches. Markets he addresses include county, state, and federal public health organizations, emergency departments, health care clinics, and individual practice physicians. He also manages ongoing customer support and health care trade shows.
With decades of expertise in designing and building sales organizations in the health care arena, Mr. Cutrona has created sales forces and their associated business support units, ranging from 50 to over 400 sales representatives for several pharmaceutical businesses. His health care background includes experience at Celltech Pharmaceuticals, Medeva Pharmaceuticals, Rhone-Poulanc Rorer, Fisons Pharmaceuticals, Pennwalt Pharmaceuticals, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Upstate New York. Prior to his work in health care, he spent several years in the information technology field designing and creating sales support and sales analytic systems as well as quality assurance software.
Mr. Cutrona received both a BT degree in Computer Science and an MBA in International Business from Rochester Institute of Technology. He has completed professional development at the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and the Chicago Graduate School of Business. He has presented at several national conferences, receiving industry recognition. |

Bill Haake
Vice President, Engineering
As the Vice President of Engineering, Mr. Haake is responsible for overseeing and managing Logical Images' intellectual property, product development, as well as ensuring security, reliability, and recovery of our corporate network. A dedicated leader to the Logical Images engineering department for nearly 8 years, his additional responsibilities include providing product technical support and research and development of future products.
Mr. Haake has more than 20 years of experience in programming and engineering, previously holding Senior positions at Eastman Kodak Company and University of Rochester, two of Rochester, NY's largest employers. Graduating from Cornell University with an AB degree, Mr. Haake went on to receive his MS in Biology from the University of South Carolina.

Gerry Van Strydonck
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer for Logical Images, Mr. Van Strydonck is responsible for supervising the Company's financial reporting, planning, and budgeting. Serving as a Senior Management Team member, he is ultimately responsible for reporting fiscal performance to the CEO, Board of Executives, and Company Investors.
Prior to joining the Logical Images team in 2006, Mr. Van Strydonck was Chief Financial Officer for Essex Partners and Sigma Marketing Group, LLC. He is also a former PricewaterhouseCoopers Partner. Mr. Van Strydonck received his MBA from SUNY Buffalo after completing his BBA at St. John Fisher College. |

Lowell A. Goldsmith, MD, MPH

Dr. Goldsmith is Dean Emeritus of the University of Rochester College of Medicine and Professor of Dermatology and is presently Professor of Dermatology at the University of North Carolina. He chairs the Company's editorial board and recruits expert physicians for both authoring and editorial contribution. Dr. Goldsmith is Editor-in-Chief of both the Journal of Investigative Dermatology and Journal Watch Dermatology, and he is an editor of the definitive text, Dermatology in General Medicine.
Dr. Goldsmith is one of the Masters of Dermatology in the American Academy of Dermatology and has received multiple honors, such as the Distinguished Service Award from the American Academy of Dermatology and the Stephen Rothman Memorial Service Award from the Society for Investigative Dermatology. He has been President of the Association of Professors of Dermatology, Society for Investigative Dermatology, and the American Dermatology Association. Dr. Goldsmith has headed many professional committees and served on multiple medical advisory boards. He is an honorary member of the British, Japanese, and Polish Societies of Dermatology. He holds a US patent and has written over 160 publications and book chapters. |
